SIMOLIO WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

 

Simolio offers a 12-month limited warranty for brand-new purchases from authorized sellers. The 12 month warranty will cover defects in manufacturing and product failure for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.

This warranty is provided at the discretion of Simolio Ltd. And does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of or to any part of the product. Accessories are not covered under this warranty. 

Please note this warranty policy only available for products sold by Amazon Simolio store, Walmart Simolio store, or Simolio Official Website. If you encounter any issues, please contact: market@simolio.com) and provide your order ID to register the warranty. Response Time: 2-24h, excl. Holidays.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was sold. Once the returned item arrives back in Simolio’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and take any risk in the return process.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Simolio refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
  • Special or Limited edition products do not support refunds if without any quality issues.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed. For purchases not made directly through Simolio’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Simolio are covered by an 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. As for items sold by Simolio’s authorized resellers will be covered by resellers’ independent warranty polices.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Simolio will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Process:

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Simolio must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
  • It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through Simolio or Simolio’s authorized resellers.
  • Sales invoice.
  • Dated sales receipt from Simolio official sale channels that shows a description of the product along with its price.

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that are no longer within their original warranty timeframe or the 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Buyer’s accidental returns.
  • Returning personal items.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Simolio quality control to be in working condition.
  • Returning defective items using international shipping.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns. (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non quality-related issues. (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Damage from misuse of products. (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

 

Simolio is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from use of Simolio products.
  • Returning personal items sent to Simolio.

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Simolio, Simolio takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Simolio does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

 

Return

We take pride in offering optimized shopping experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or receive a refund of your product within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. Please contact our customer support team at market@simolio.com for return or exchange information. Our return and refund will normally be processed within 10 days.

Instructions:

1. Email market@simolio.com with your details and order #.

2. Our support team will provide a shipping label.

3. Follow the instructions that come with the label for shipping.

4. When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement depending on your choice.

Note:

1. Do not send products back without contacting our support team for a shipping label.

2. Please send all original packaging and accessories including product manuals along with the returned products.

3. Expedited shipping costs and Route Insurance will not be refunded.
